Dairy Book ("the App", "we", "us", "our") is owned and operated by A3 Software Services. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using Dairy Book you agree to the practices described here.

The App is intended for users in India.

1. Who this policy is for

Dairy Book is used by three types of people:

• Dairy Owners — who run a dairy business and manage customers, staff, products, and billing.
• Delivery Staff ("Milk Boys") — who deliver milk and e-store orders.
• Customers — who receive deliveries and place e-store orders.

Some information is provided by you directly, and some information about customers is entered by the Dairy Owner who serves them.

2. Information we collect

a) Account & identity information

• Mobile phone number (used to sign in via one-time password / OTP)
• Name and, for owners, dairy/business name
• Role (owner, delivery staff, or customer)

b) Business & customer data (entered by Dairy Owners)

• Customer names, mobile numbers, and delivery addresses
• Subscription details, delivery records, and product/pricing information
